The FYF Komunidad

Fellows undergo a comprehensive training program prior to their placements at City Hall. These sessions cover municipal governance, advocacy strategies, and civic engagement, led by experienced community leaders and experts.

Participants receive personalized mentorship from community leaders and steering committee members. This support helps fellows navigate their professional journeys and ensures that they achieve their personal and career goals.

The FYF offers paid internships as part-time Councillor Aides, allowing fellows to gain practical experience in local governance. They will work 12 hours per week over a 12-week placement, matched according to their skills and interests.
